Booming Validation Exercise
25th October 2025 – Issued from the Harbour Master
MARINERS ARE HEREBY ADVISED that the following work will be undertaken:
Mariners are advised of the following booming validation exercise will take place on
Tuesday 28th October commencing at approximately 0830hrs and ending approximately 1100hrs.
A boom will be deployed from the Monkstone Sailing club slipway and deployed across the river over to the east bank (see below location plan)
Mariners are advised that during the above time period that access for vessels WILL be restricted between the times stated above
All vessels are required to keep clear of the above until the exercise has been completed.
